Yes. This is a pet-friendly passenger transfer service, not an unaccompanied animal transport service.
What restraint should I bring?
Bring a suitable seat-belt harness, pet carrier, cage or other appropriate restraint for the animal. Describe the setup when booking so vehicle fit can be checked.
Does Tesla Dog Mode mean my pet can be left alone?
No. Dog Mode is a parked climate feature that may be used during an agreed brief stop when a Model Y is allocated. It is not a guarantee or permission to leave a pet unattended for a long period.
Are assistance dogs charged as pets?
No. Assistance dogs are handled separately under accessibility requirements and are carried without an additional pet charge.
