• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details)
• Flight numbers (for airport transfers, so we can track your arrival)

We use your personal information to:

We share your data only with the third-party services required to deliver our service:

• Stripe — to process card payments securely
• Twilio — to send WhatsApp confirmations and reminders
• Supabase — to store booking data securely

Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking and transaction records for up to 6 years to comply with UK tax and legal requirements. After this period, your data is securely deleted. If you would like us to delete your data sooner (where we are not required by law to keep it), please contact us using the details below.
